1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted for return.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
  4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
